This tut was written Oct 17th, 2019 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome kit "Vampire Mine" by Lady Dragus

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
Font of choice, I used Brush
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 9 to one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 10 above the tree layer.
Resize element 21 to 90%, paste next, go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation,
Colorize, both numbers on 0.
Paste element 22 below the trees on the upper right, duplicate, mirror,
move down a little and erase any of the lower edges that you don't want.
Resize your tube to 50%, paste being on the top layer.
Resize element 41 to 75%, paste behind the tube on the left.
Resize element 54 to 80%, paste on the lower left above the tube layer.
Resize element 31 to 40%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube.
Resize element 6, 27 and 28 to 25%, paste at the lower left how you like.
Resize element 25 to 35%, paste at the lower left below the bottles and wolf.
Resize element 55 to 40%, paste at the upper right, duplicate, mirror, select
all, float, defloat, expand by 3, add a new layer fill with #680000,
move below the bats, lower the opacity to about 50, merge the bats down
with this color, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 4 to 20%, paste at the lower left between the bottles.
Resize element 38 to 20%, paste on the coffin.
Resize element 8 to 50%, paste behind the tube and to the right.
Resize element 63 to 35%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.
Resize element 3 to 35%, paste at the upper left on the mask layer.
Resize element 44 to 25%, paste on the post on the right.
Resize element 23 to 25%, paste on the left on the mushroom.
Resize element 43 to 25%, paste below the little girl layer.
Resize element 1 to 20%, paste at the lower left above the book.
Resize element 7 to 20%, paste on the pumpkin on the lower right.
Resize element 35 to 10%, paste behind the tube.
Paste element 9 to one side, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 10 above the tree layer.
Resize element 21 to 90%, paste next, go to Adjust, Hue and Saturation,
Colorize, both numbers on 0.
Paste element 22 below the trees on the upper right, duplicate, mirror,
move down a little and erase any of the lower edges that you don't want.
Resize your tube to 50%, paste being on the top layer.
Resize element 41 to 75%, paste behind the tube on the left.
Resize element 54 to 80%, paste on the lower left above the tube layer.
Resize element 31 to 40%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube.
Resize element 6, 27 and 28 to 25%, paste at the lower left how you like.
Resize element 25 to 35%, paste at the lower left below the bottles and wolf.
Resize element 55 to 40%, paste at the upper right, duplicate, mirror, select
all, float, defloat, expand by 3, add a new layer fill with #680000,
move below the bats, lower the opacity to about 50, merge the bats down
with this color, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 4 to 20%, paste at the lower left between the bottles.
Resize element 38 to 20%, paste on the coffin.
Resize element 8 to 50%, paste behind the tube and to the right.
Resize element 63 to 35%, paste at the lower right being on the top layer.
Resize element 3 to 35%, paste at the upper left on the mask layer.
Resize element 44 to 25%, paste on the post on the right.
Resize element 23 to 25%, paste on the left on the mushroom.
Resize element 43 to 25%, paste below the little girl layer.
Resize element 1 to 20%, paste at the lower left above the book.
Resize element 7 to 20%, paste on the pumpkin on the lower right.
Resize element 35 to 10%, paste behind the tube.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
