This tut was written Oct 15th, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome tube by artist Eskada

You need a license to use this art, please do not use without a license.
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 28 at the lower right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the rocks.
Resize element 12 to 40%, paste at the lower left below the tube layer.
Paste element 32 on the mask layer behind the tube.
Paste element 48 on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 31 to 65%, paste on the mask layer at the upper left,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 1 to 30%, paste on the lower right being on the top layer.
Resize element 99 to 30%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 46 to 20%, paste at the lower left above the chest, duplicate,
move to the right by the caldron.
Resize element 8 to 20%, paste at the bottom by the feet of the tube.
Resize element 19 to 25%, paste below the cup at the bottom.
Resize element 86 to 30%, paste on the chest lid on the left.
Resize element 11 to 25%, paste at the lower right above the caldron,
duplicate, move to the left behind the bottle by the foot, duplicate once more,
mirror, move to the left below the mushroom.
Resize element 98 to 25%, paste behind the other bottle at the bottom.
Resize element 13 to 20%, paste at the bottom to the left, duplicate, move
back to the center more by the bottles.
Resize element 27 to 15%, paste at the lower left below the doll,
duplicate, mirror, move below the blue rock on the right.
Resize element 18 to 15%, paste at the bottom above the cup.
Paste element 28 at the lower right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the rocks.
Resize element 12 to 40%, paste at the lower left below the tube layer.
Paste element 32 on the mask layer behind the tube.
Paste element 48 on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 31 to 65%, paste on the mask layer at the upper left,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 1 to 30%, paste on the lower right being on the top layer.
Resize element 99 to 30%, paste at the lower left.
Resize element 46 to 20%, paste at the lower left above the chest, duplicate,
move to the right by the caldron.
Resize element 8 to 20%, paste at the bottom by the feet of the tube.
Resize element 19 to 25%, paste below the cup at the bottom.
Resize element 86 to 30%, paste on the chest lid on the left.
Resize element 11 to 25%, paste at the lower right above the caldron,
duplicate, move to the left behind the bottle by the foot, duplicate once more,
mirror, move to the left below the mushroom.
Resize element 98 to 25%, paste behind the other bottle at the bottom.
Resize element 13 to 20%, paste at the bottom to the left, duplicate, move
back to the center more by the bottles.
Resize element 27 to 15%, paste at the lower left below the doll,
duplicate, mirror, move below the blue rock on the right.
Resize element 18 to 15%, paste at the bottom above the cup.
Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.
Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
