PTU Belinda Witch

This tut was written Oct 16th, 2019, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome tube by artist Goldwasser

Tube is called "Belinda"

 You need a license to use this art, please do not use without a license.

Font of choice,  I used The Wave

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800

Paste paper 7, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 81 on the mask layer.
Paste element 84 on the mask layer to the left, duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 69 at the bottom to the right, duplicate, move to the left and
down a little.

Resize element 20 to 50%, paste below the leaves layer to one side, 

duplicate, move to the other side.

Resize your tube to 30%, paste on the leaves.

Resize element 5 to 40%, paste behind the tube to the left, duplicate
two or three more times and move where you like.
Resize element 8 to 50%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube, take
your Soft brush and soften the white edges, then sharpen.

Resize element 32 to 35%, paste at the bottom above the wagon.
Paste element 7 on the right above the fence.
Resize element 73 to 75%, paste below the tree on one side, duplicate,
mirror, duplicate again, move above the fence on the left, duplicate again,
resize to 75%, move toward the center more, duplicate once more,
move by the sign.

Resize element 68 to 50%, paste above the fence to one side, duplicate as
many times as you like and move where you like, moving one behind the pumpkin.
Resize element 67 to 50%, paste on the right above the fence.

Resize element 38 to 25%, paste on the right below the green grass.
Resize element 28 to 20%, paste behind the pumpkin that is above the tube.
Resize element 29 to 15%, mirror, paste below the pumpkin on the left.
Resize element 58 to 25%, paste at the lower right.

Resize element 24 to 50%, paste at the lower left being on the top layer,
duplicate, mirror, adjust by the first shoe.

Resize element 33 to 20%, paste at the bottom by the pumpkin.
Resize element 36 to 25%, paste at the bottom below the bottle.
Resize element 79 to 50%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste at the
bottom below the pumpkins on the lower right, duplicate, mirror, adjust
under the shoes on the left.
Resize element 62 to 10%, paste at the bottom by the book, duplicate, move
over to the right by the pumpkin.

Resize element 48 to 25%, paste on the fence post to the left of the tube.
Resize element 47 to 20%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Go back to one of the orange/yellow grass, duplicate, move behind the trees 
at the right where it will show thru the trees.
Resize element 82 to 15%, paste on top of the sign.

Add any other elements you would like, make it your own.

Always remember to adjust the elements before merging to get them like you like.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make

sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.

Add your copyrights and name.
