PTU Chillin' Out

This tut was written Oct 5th, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Arthur Crowe

The tube is called "Color Hippie"
You need a license to use this tube, please do not use without a license.

Supplies Needed

I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
PTU kit Chillin' by All Dolled Up!  HERE or HERE
Come in, kick back and chillax.
This kit contains 140 elements and 15 papers and will
have you grooving to the toons and relaxing before you know it
all time is taking place right here.

Font of Choice, I used Hippie Movement

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black

 *Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Paste element 21 on the mask layer, click inside all of the openings with
your magic wand expand by 5, paste paper 1, invert, delete, then paste
in your close up tube on one side, delete, select none, duplicate, mirror,
erase the hair that is overlapping.
Merge the tubes together, change the blend mode to Screen.

Resize your tube to 60%, paste a little off center.

Resize element 65 to 95%, behind the tube to the left.
Paste element 69 at the bottom in front of the car.

Paste element 71 below the car and move to the left more, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 9 to 50%, paste below the car on the right.
Resize element 111 to 25%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer by the tube.
Resize 110 to 35%, paste at the bottom under the other disc.
Resize element 44 to 15%, paste at the bottom by the disc.

Resize element 70 to 30%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube to the right.
Resize element 63 to 10%, paste by the laptop.
Resize element 61 to 20%, paste below the laptop on the right.
Resize element 83 to 30%, paste behind the car on the left.
Resize element 93 to 50%, paste behind the car by the other flower.
Resize element 46 to 30%, paste below the disc to the left of the tube.

Resize element 38 to 55%, apply Mura Meister Copies-Encircle, first
number on 20, move to the mask layer.

Resize element 86 to 30%, paste on the right below the car.
Resize element 27 to 30%, paste on the left on the disc layer.
Resize element 120 to 20%, paste at the bottom left below the flowers and a
little behind the teddy bear.
Resize element 123 to 70%, mirror, free rotate to the left at 30 degrees, paste
below the purple paper roller element layer on the right and leaning on the car.
Resize element 103 to 30%, paste on the right below the guitar.
Go back to the plant behind the pillow, duplicate, mirror, move below the
flower circle on the left and down some behind the purple flowers.

Add any other elements you would like to add.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background you might have used.

Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges,  merge visible.

Resize first, sharpen, add your copyright and name.
