This tut was written Oct 14th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 2, paste, delete, merge group.
Paste element 3 at the bottom, duplicate three more times, move below
the tube how you like.
Resize tube to 50%, paste at the bottom on the leaves.
Paste element 4 on the right below the top leaves layer.
Resize element 19 to 85%, paste on the right behind the tombstone.
Resize element 11 to 55%, paste on the left below the tube layer.
Resize element 35 to 80%, paste on the mask layer and to the left just a little,
click inside, expand by 5, paste paper 2, invert, delete, then
mirror and paste the tube without the wings on the left more,
change the blend mode to Overlay.
Go back to element 19, the black tree, duplicate, mirror, move below
the paper layer of the frame on the left.
Paste element 7 on the left on the frame.
Paste element 1 behind the skull of the tube.
Resize element 10 to 30%, paste on the right at the bottom.
Resize element 6 to 55%, paste below the frame to the left.
Resize element 8 to 70%, paste at the top on the frame, duplicate,
resize to 50%, move to the right and up more.
Resize element 9 to 60%, mirror, paste on the right on the tombstone base.
Resize element 44 to 60%, paste on the frame layer on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 50 to 35%, paste on the left in front of the bench to the left.
Resize element 21 to 35%, paste at the lower right at the base of the
tombstone.
Resize element 67 to 40%, paste on the left, duplicate, move one below the bush,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 63 to 25%, paste behind the lantern at the bottom.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Paste paper 2, paste, delete, merge group.
Paste element 3 at the bottom, duplicate three more times, move below
the tube how you like.
Resize tube to 50%, paste at the bottom on the leaves.
Paste element 4 on the right below the top leaves layer.
Resize element 19 to 85%, paste on the right behind the tombstone.
Resize element 11 to 55%, paste on the left below the tube layer.
Resize element 35 to 80%, paste on the mask layer and to the left just a little,

Resize element 67 to 40%, paste on the left, duplicate, move one below the bush,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 63 to 25%, paste behind the lantern at the bottom.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
