Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 91, duplicate 3 more times, move two in the center and the
other two on each side.
Paste element 75 and move down a little.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste a little off center in front of the fencing.
Paste element 50 under the fence, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 5 to 45%, paste on the left behind the fence.
Resize element 9 to 75%, paste on one side on the fence post, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 13 to 50%, paste on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 89 to 50%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube.
Resize element 60 to 50%, paste on the book to the right of the tube.
Resize element 58 to 35%, paste on the right.
Resize element 18 to 30%, paste by the other bottle on the right.
Resize element 57 to 35%, paste on the right with the other bottles.
Resize element 59 to 35%, paste in front of the book to the left.
Resize element 79 to 65%, paste on the left.
Resize element 111 to 25%, paste at the lower right by the bottles.
Resize element 115 to 20%, paste on the left at the bottom.
Resize element 98 to 85%, paste on the mask layer and up, erase the part that
is showing on the outside edge, duplicate, mirror, adjust, erase the moon
showing.
Resize element 110 to 25%, paste on the left behind the dog.
Resize element 61 to 45%, paste on the right below the flowers.
Resize element 74 to 45%, paste at the upper left being on the top layer.
Paste element 73 on the mask layer on the upper left, duplicate, mirror.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 91, duplicate 3 more times, move two in the center and the

Paste element 75 and move down a little.

Paste element 50 under the fence, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 5 to 45%, paste on the left behind the fence.
Resize element 9 to 75%, paste on one side on the fence post, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 13 to 50%, paste on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 89 to 50%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube.
Resize element 60 to 50%, paste on the book to the right of the tube.
Resize element 58 to 35%, paste on the right.
Resize element 18 to 30%, paste by the other bottle on the right.
Resize element 57 to 35%, paste on the right with the other bottles.
Resize element 59 to 35%, paste in front of the book to the left.
Resize element 79 to 65%, paste on the left.
Resize element 111 to 25%, paste at the lower right by the bottles.
Resize element 115 to 20%, paste on the left at the bottom.
Resize element 98 to 85%, paste on the mask layer and up, erase the part that
is showing on the outside edge, duplicate, mirror, adjust, erase the moon
showing.
Resize element 110 to 25%, paste on the left behind the dog.
Resize element 61 to 45%, paste on the right below the flowers.
Resize element 74 to 45%, paste at the upper left being on the top layer.
Paste element 73 on the mask layer on the upper left, duplicate, mirror.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
