This tut was written Oct 1st, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Lys Isange
The tube is called "Delicious Pumpkin"

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.
PTU kit Monsters Ball by A Lil Mz's Brainstorm exclusive at S&Co HERE

Font of Choice, I used Magic School One
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 14, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 86, resize to 90%, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 15, paste paper 3, invert, delete, then paste your close up, delete,
select none.
Resize your tube to 40%, mirror, paste on the right.
Paste element 32 below the paper layer of the frame on the right,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 94 to 85%, paste behind the tube on the right.
Resize element 47 to 45%, paste in front of the tube on the right.
Resize element 105 to 40%, mirror, paste to the left of the pumpkin.
Resize element 107 to 50%, paste below the green element.
Resize element 106 to 50%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 36 to 50%, mirror, paste on the left below the bottle.
Resize element 81 to 50%, paste on the left being on the top layer at the bottom.
Paste element 8 above the tree layer on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 24 on the right below the tube, duplicate, mirror, move below
the paper layer of the frame on the left.
Resize element 85 to 40%, mirror, paste at the upper left on the frame.
Resize element 46 to 25%, paste on the right below the green blob.
Paste element 55 on the mask layer on the left and move up a little, duplicate,
mirror.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Paste paper 14, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 86, resize to 90%, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 15, paste paper 3, invert, delete, then paste your close up, delete,
select none.
Resize your tube to 40%, mirror, paste on the right.
Paste element 32 below the paper layer of the frame on the right,
duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 94 to 85%, paste behind the tube on the right.
Resize element 47 to 45%, paste in front of the tube on the right.
Resize element 105 to 40%, mirror, paste to the left of the pumpkin.
Resize element 107 to 50%, paste below the green element.
Resize element 106 to 50%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer.
Resize element 36 to 50%, mirror, paste on the left below the bottle.
Resize element 81 to 50%, paste on the left being on the top layer at the bottom.
Paste element 8 above the tree layer on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 24 on the right below the tube, duplicate, mirror, move below
the paper layer of the frame on the left.
Resize element 85 to 40%, mirror, paste at the upper left on the frame.
Resize element 46 to 25%, paste on the right below the green blob.
Paste element 55 on the mask layer on the left and move up a little, duplicate,
mirror.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
