This tut was written Oct 30th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 3 on the mask layer, click inside with the magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 1, invert, delete, then paste your close up to
the right more, delete, select none.
Paste element 29 below the close up, mirror, change the blend mode to
Luminance(L), duplicate, mirror, move below the paper layer of
the frame and up more.
Paste element 115 at the bottom, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 35%, paste on the rocks to the left.
Resize element 112 to 25%, paste behind the tube on the right.
Resize element 37 to 25%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube.
Resize element 31 to 30%, paste at the bottom in front of the books.
Resize element 38 to 30%, paste to the right of the cat.
Resize element 71 to 25%, paste on the left behind the tube.
Resize element 30 to 25%, paste on the right in front of the skull.
Resize element 107 to 10%, free rotate to the right at 25 degree, paste on the
frame on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 22 to 40%, paste on the right below the skull, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 66 to 35%, paste below the skull layer to the left a little.
Resize element 20 to 35%, paste below the flower layer on the left and
move up some, duplicate, mirror, duplicate again, move down behind the skull,
duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 87 on the mask layer on the left, erase the one showing at the very top.
Paste element 34 on the top layer how you like.
Paste element 77 below the tube at the top more, duplicate, move down some,
duplicate once again and move down even more.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Paste paper 1, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 3 on the mask layer, click inside with the magic wand,
expand by 5, paste paper 1, invert, delete, then paste your close up to
the right more, delete, select none.
Paste element 29 below the close up, mirror, change the blend mode to
Luminance(L), duplicate, mirror, move below the paper layer of
the frame and up more.
Paste element 115 at the bottom, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 35%, paste on the rocks to the left.
Resize element 112 to 25%, paste behind the tube on the right.
Resize element 37 to 25%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube.
Resize element 31 to 30%, paste at the bottom in front of the books.
Resize element 38 to 30%, paste to the right of the cat.
Resize element 71 to 25%, paste on the left behind the tube.
Resize element 30 to 25%, paste on the right in front of the skull.
Resize element 107 to 10%, free rotate to the right at 25 degree, paste on the
frame on the left, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 22 to 40%, paste on the right below the skull, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 66 to 35%, paste below the skull layer to the left a little.
Resize element 20 to 35%, paste below the flower layer on the left and
move up some, duplicate, mirror, duplicate again, move down behind the skull,
duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 87 on the mask layer on the left, erase the one showing at the very top.
Paste element 34 on the top layer how you like.
Paste element 77 below the tube at the top more, duplicate, move down some,
duplicate once again and move down even more.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
