This tut was written Oct 29th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 7, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize frame 2 to 85%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 6, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste delete, select none.
Apply the xero filter, Bad Dream, change the blend mode to
Luminance(L).
Paste element 19, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste on one side
of the frame, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 34, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, paste on one side
on the frame, erase the chain part, duplicate, mirror.
Resize your tube to 12%, paste on the right on the frame.
Paste element 35 at the bottom on the frame under the tube, free rotate
to the left at 10 degrees.
Recolor the flower part of element 50 with this color #703157,
then resize to 25%, paste at the bottom in front of the tube, free rotate
to the right at 40 degrees.
Resize element 59 to 30%, paste at the bottom in front of the flower.
Paste element 39 at the bottom below the frame layer.
Paste element 6 on the mask layer at the bottom.
Resize element 2 to 20%, paste at the bottom below the bottle layer to the left.
Resize element 42 to 30%, paste below the flowers on the left, duplicate,
mirror, adjust behind the tube, duplicate again,
move above the flowers, resize to 80%, paste behind the skull.
Paste element 3 at the top below the tube layer, duplicate, mirror,
adjust how you like and erase the ones you don't want.
Paste element 21 at the bottom below the bottles, give this a medium gradient
glow, color of choice.
Resize element 55 to 80%, paste above the white element on the
frame on one side, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 28 to 35%, paste at the bottom below the skull and wordart to
the left.
Resize element 82 to 25%, paste at the top of the frame.
Resize element 76 to 50%, paste at the bottom left behind the pumpkin,
duplicate, mirror.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Paste paper 7, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize frame 2 to 85%, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 6, invert, delete, keep selected.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste delete, select none.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
