PTU Gothic Balloons

This tut was written Oct 24th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

I am using the awesome artwork of  Lys Isange.

Tube is called "Black-Pink"
You need a license to use this art work. Please do not use without a license.

Font of choice,  I used Juice ITC

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.

Let's get started

*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800
Resize paper 9 to 80%, paste, apply your mask, delete, select none.

Resize element 10 to 65%, free rotate to the left at 10 degrees,
click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 20, invert,
delete, keep selected.
Resize element 81 to 80%, paste in the frame, delete, select none.

Resize your tube to 40%, mirror, paste on the right.

Resize element 79 to 40%, paste on the frame behind the tube, erase the strings
at the top.
Resize element 57 to 20%, paste at the lower left on the frame.
Resize element 22 to 40%, paste behind the tube at the upper right.
Resize element 68 to 60%, paste at the bottom on the tube.

Resize element 52 to 20%, paste behind the tube on the right.
Resize element 43 to 60%, paste at the bottom.
Resize element 60 to 60%, paste at the bottom behind the paper layer of
the frame, duplicate, mirror.

Resize element 66 to 20%, paste to the left a little behind the skulls.
Resize element 4 to 65%, paste on the left behind the bottle layer.
Resize element 40 to 50%, paste on the right at the bottom.
Resize element 76 to 25%, paste at the bottom to the left by the skulls.
Resize element 24 to 25%, paste below the bottle behind the cat, duplicate,
move to the right behind the skeleton dog.

Resize element 3 to 35%, paste on the mask layer on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 51 to 20%, paste below the cup layer and to the left of it.
Resize element 98 to 25%, free rotate to the right at 15 degrees, paste
below the tube on the right and down from the other balloon.
Resize element 91 to 25%, paste on the left below the other elements.
Resize element 39 to 25%, paste on the pumpkin layer at the bottom.

Resize element 29 to 25%, paste behind the tube to the left and down,
duplicate, move the left paste the skulls a little, erase the leaves at the bottom.
Resize element 37 to 25%, paste on the left below the skulls.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make

sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
