This tut was written Oct 30th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 8, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 59 to 80%, paste on the mask on the left, duplicate,
move to the right and down a little.
Paste element 48 at the bottom.
Paste element 29 at the bottom in front of the wagon wheel on one side,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate, move behind the wagon.
Paste element 44 behind the wagon wheels.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste to the left by the wagon.
Resize element 40 to 90%, paste behind the wagon and grasses.
Resize element 64 to 25%, paste behind the wagon on the right below the
darker grass.
Resize element 65 to 25%, paste below the wagon about center at the bottom.
Resize element 14 to 25%, paste at the lower right in front of the wagon.
Resize element 32 to 25%, paste on the left behind the turkey.
Resize element 82 to 30%, paste on the right by the bag.
Resize element 43 to 40%, mirror, paste behind the bag, duplicate,
mirror, move behind the bucket of apples.
Resize element 18 to 50%, paste under the dog on the right, duplicate, move
back to the left under the tube, duplicate again, move under the wagon below
the first grassy layer.
Resize element 49 to 50%, free rotate to the right at 10 degrees, paste behind the dog.
Resize element 72 to 15%, paste on the wagon.
Write whatever you would like to have on the sign on the right.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Paste paper 8, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 59 to 80%, paste on the mask on the left, duplicate,
move to the right and down a little.
Paste element 48 at the bottom.
Paste element 29 at the bottom in front of the wagon wheel on one side,
duplicate, mirror, duplicate, move behind the wagon.
Paste element 44 behind the wagon wheels.
Resize your tube to 45%, paste to the left by the wagon.
Resize element 40 to 90%, paste behind the wagon and grasses.
Resize element 64 to 25%, paste behind the wagon on the right below the
darker grass.
Resize element 65 to 25%, paste below the wagon about center at the bottom.
Resize element 14 to 25%, paste at the lower right in front of the wagon.
Resize element 32 to 25%, paste on the left behind the turkey.
Resize element 82 to 30%, paste on the right by the bag.
Resize element 43 to 40%, mirror, paste behind the bag, duplicate,
mirror, move behind the bucket of apples.
Resize element 18 to 50%, paste under the dog on the right, duplicate, move
back to the left under the tube, duplicate again, move under the wagon below
the first grassy layer.
Resize element 49 to 50%, free rotate to the right at 10 degrees, paste behind the dog.
Resize element 72 to 15%, paste on the wagon.
Write whatever you would like to have on the sign on the right.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
