Font of choice,  I used Fortunates December

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 4, apply your mask, delete, merge group.

Resize your tube to 40%, paste to the right.

Go back to the mask layer, select all, float, defloat, paste your
close up on the left, delete, select none.
Change the blend mode to Hard Light, lower the opacity to around 70.

Paste element 38 below the tube on the mask.
Paste element 5 on the left on the tube on the mask.
Paste element 98 being on the top layer now, apply the same mask you
used before, delete, merge group, adjust on the tube how you like.

Resize element 47 to 105 and paste at the bottom to cover the edge of the legs.
Resize element 1 to 50%, mirror, paste below the greenery to the
left of the tube.
Paste element 9 on the right below the tube.
Resize element 74 to 40%, paste at the bottom in front of the greenery.
Resize element 43 to 40%, paste at the bottom to the left below the greenery,
duplicate, move above the greenery.

Resize element 14 to 40%, paste below the greenery on the left, raise the glass
behind it a bit higher, duplicate the flower, mirror, adjust.
Duplicate again, move to below the mouse, resize to 75%.
Resize element 68 to 40%, paste at the lower right.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
