This tut was written Oct 3rd, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Lys Isange
The tube is called "Witch in Night"

Supplies Needed
I used PSPX...but any of them should work.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Select all, add a new layer, paste paper 14 into selections,
apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the black grass.
Paste element 86 behind the tube on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 36 below the wall on the left, leaving the wall on the right
below the brick path.
Paste element 37 below the walls on the left, erase the part showing on the right.
Paste element 38 on the mask layer about center, adjust the tree up more.
Resize element 14 to 20%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer in
front of the pumpkin.
Resize element 73 to 20%, paste next to the mouse with the cheese.
Resize element 18 to 55%, paste behind the tube on the left.
Resize element 1 to 40%, paste on the right on the brick path.
Resize element 10 to 40%, paste on the right below the tube layer.
Resize element 62 to 25%, mirror, paste at the lower right below the cat layers.
Resize element 63 to 25%, paste on the pumpkin on the right.
Resize element 120 to 15%, paste at the upper left on the tree.
Resize element 119 to 25%, paste at the lower left behind the wall, duplicate,
mirror.
Resize element 24 to 30%, paste behind the tube at the bottom.
Paste element 69 on the mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate again, resize to 75%, move down, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 77 to 20%, duplicate a few times and place on the brick
walk where you like.
Resize element 44 to 80%, paste at the upper right, duplicate, move over
the witch being on the top layer.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Select all, add a new layer, paste paper 14 into selections,
apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the black grass.
Paste element 86 behind the tube on the right, duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 36 below the wall on the left, leaving the wall on the right
below the brick path.
Paste element 37 below the walls on the left, erase the part showing on the right.
Paste element 38 on the mask layer about center, adjust the tree up more.
Resize element 14 to 20%, paste at the bottom being on the top layer in

Resize element 63 to 25%, paste on the pumpkin on the right.
Resize element 120 to 15%, paste at the upper left on the tree.
Resize element 119 to 25%, paste at the lower left behind the wall, duplicate,
mirror.
Resize element 24 to 30%, paste behind the tube at the bottom.
Paste element 69 on the mask layer on the left, duplicate, mirror,
duplicate again, resize to 75%, move down, duplicate, mirror.
Resize element 77 to 20%, duplicate a few times and place on the brick
walk where you like.
Resize element 44 to 80%, paste at the upper right, duplicate, move over
the witch being on the top layer.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
