This tut was written Oct 8th, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

The tube is Awesome, it is called "Halloween Party"

Font of Choice, I used The Night Creatures
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 10, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 73, apply the 20/20 mask, delete, merge group, duplicate,
add drop shadow to both, merge together.
Paste element 23 behind and up, apply the 20/20 mask to this also, duplicate,
merge together.
Resize your tube to 35%, paste off to the right a bit.
Resize element 19 to 50%, paste on the left.
Resize element 31 to 7%, paste on the left.
Resize element 66 to 25%, paste on the right, duplicate, mirror, move
down on the left.
Resize element 41 to 75%, paste on the mask layer behind the trees, duplicate,
mirror, resize to 75%, adjust.
Resize element 109 to 50%, paste at the upper left, duplicate,
mirror, move down a little on the right
Paste element 113 on the castle on the right, duplicate, move below the castle
on the left.
Resize element 57 to 35%, paste in the center on the balcony rail, duplicate,
mirror to the right, duplicate, mirror to the left, erase the parts that
you don't want.
Resize element 54 to 15%, paste on the left.
Resize element 87 to 35%, mirror, place on the right below the tube.
Resize element 3 to 20%, paste at the bottom in front of the crow.
Resize element 29 to 20%, mirror, paste at the bottom by the male tube's shoe,
duplicate, move back to the left by the pumpkin.
Resize element 43 to 20%, paste below the dancing couple to the right of them.
Resize element 42 to 15%, paste on the blue spill.
Resize element 63 to 30%, paste on the right and up a little, duplicate,
move up and to the left more.
Paste element 72 at the bottom under the flooring.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Paste paper 10, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 73, apply the 20/20 mask, delete, merge group, duplicate,
add drop shadow to both, merge together.
Paste element 23 behind and up, apply the 20/20 mask to this also, duplicate,
merge together.
Resize your tube to 35%, paste off to the right a bit.
Resize element 19 to 50%, paste on the left.
Resize element 31 to 7%, paste on the left.
Resize element 66 to 25%, paste on the right, duplicate, mirror, move
down on the left.
Resize element 41 to 75%, paste on the mask layer behind the trees, duplicate,
mirror, resize to 75%, adjust.
Resize element 109 to 50%, paste at the upper left, duplicate,
mirror, move down a little on the right
Paste element 113 on the castle on the right, duplicate, move below the castle
on the left.
Resize element 57 to 35%, paste in the center on the balcony rail, duplicate,
mirror to the right, duplicate, mirror to the left, erase the parts that
you don't want.
Resize element 54 to 15%, paste on the left.
Resize element 87 to 35%, mirror, place on the right below the tube.
Resize element 3 to 20%, paste at the bottom in front of the crow.
Resize element 29 to 20%, mirror, paste at the bottom by the male tube's shoe,
duplicate, move back to the left by the pumpkin.
Resize element 43 to 20%, paste below the dancing couple to the right of them.
Resize element 42 to 15%, paste on the blue spill.
Resize element 63 to 30%, paste on the right and up a little, duplicate,
move up and to the left more.
Paste element 72 at the bottom under the flooring.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
