Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 2, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 61.
Paste element 52 click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 2, invert, delete, select none, move below the frame.
Resize your half tube to 55%, move below the frame, duplicate, move
above and erase the parts at the bottom outside the frame.
Resize element 31 to 50%, paste at the bottom and to the right of the tube.
Resize element 25 to 55%, paste below the cup layer to the left.
Resize element 18 to 55%, paste under the books and cup to the right,
duplicate, mirror, move below the paper layer of the frame and up a little.
Resize element 60 to 70%, free rotate to the right at 10 degrees, paste on the frame
on the left.
Resize element 32 to 45%, paste at the bottom below the cup layer.
Resize element 23 to 30%, paste below the yellow leaves behind the cup.
Resize element 43 to 30%, paste to the left of the apple.
Resize element 40 to 50%, paste below the glass on the left.
Resize element 21 to 15%, mirror, paste at the upper left.
Resize element 14 to 15%, flip, paste on the right, free rotate to the left at
20 degrees, duplicate, move over by
the bird.
Resize element 56 to 20%, mirror, paste on the left by the wine glass.
Resize element 29 to 30%, paste on the right below the cup layer, duplicate,
adjust behind the wine bottle.
Resize element 44 to 30%, paste below the book layer to the left, duplicate,
move to the right above the yellow leaves.
Resize element 68 to 30%, paste on the mushroom behind the bottle.
Resize element 36 to 35%, paste at the bottom in front of the apple.
Resize element 27 to 20%, paste at the bottom in front of the candle, duplicate,
move to the left below the pink flower, duplicate, mirror, move below the cup.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Paste paper 2, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 61.
Paste element 52 click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5,
paste paper 2, invert, delete, select none, move below the frame.

Resize element 60 to 70%, free rotate to the right at 10 degrees, paste on the frame
on the left.
Resize element 32 to 45%, paste at the bottom below the cup layer.
Resize element 23 to 30%, paste below the yellow leaves behind the cup.
Resize element 43 to 30%, paste to the left of the apple.
Resize element 40 to 50%, paste below the glass on the left.
Resize element 21 to 15%, mirror, paste at the upper left.
Resize element 14 to 15%, flip, paste on the right, free rotate to the left at
20 degrees, duplicate, move over by
the bird.
Resize element 56 to 20%, mirror, paste on the left by the wine glass.
Resize element 29 to 30%, paste on the right below the cup layer, duplicate,
adjust behind the wine bottle.
Resize element 44 to 30%, paste below the book layer to the left, duplicate,
move to the right above the yellow leaves.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
