This tut was written Oct 16th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Resize paper 3 to 75%, paste, apply your mask, delete,
merge group.
Resize element 57 to 75%, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 1, invert, delete, keep selected.
Paste your close up, delete, select none.
Duplicate your close up, go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian blur, number on 4,
change the blend mode to Screen, then apply the xero filter-Soft Mood,
merge down.
Resize your tube to 60%, paste on the left.
Resize element 74 to 30%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste
on the frame on the left.
Resize element 24 to 40%, paste behind the tube on the left.
Resize element 4 to 20%, paste behind the tube by the pumpkin, duplicate,
mirror, move back to the left by the other shoe.
Resize element 15 to 25%, paste to the right of the tube.
Resize element 37 to 40%, paste at the top below the tube layer, add a
fat black gradient glow with EyeCandy 4000.
Resize element 19 to 30%, paste on the lower left below the tube layer.
Resize element 71 to 35%, paste on the right on the frame layer.
Resize element 10 to 70%, paste on the right.
Resize element 54 to 35%, paste behind the cat at the bottom.
Resize element 47 to 75%, paste on the left on the frame below the vines.
Resize element 51 to 35%, paste on the right behind the skulls and up a little.
Paste element 67 how you like, being on the top layer.
Resize element 79 to 15%, paste at the upper left on the mushroom, duplicate,
mirror, adjust on the element behind the skulls, like they are holding the
sign.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Resize paper 3 to 75%, paste, apply your mask, delete,
merge group.
Resize element 57 to 75%, click inside with your magic wand, expand

Paste your close up, delete, select none.

Resize element 47 to 75%, paste on the left on the frame below the vines.
Resize element 51 to 35%, paste on the right behind the skulls and up a little.
Paste element 67 how you like, being on the top layer.
Resize element 79 to 15%, paste at the upper left on the mushroom, duplicate,
mirror, adjust on the element behind the skulls, like they are holding the
sign.
Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
