Supplies Needed

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 8, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 44 at the bottom.
Resize your tube to 25%, paste on the grass.
Resize element 5 to 50%, mirror, paste below the fence on the right.
Paste element 118 on the mask layer behind the tube.
Resize element 83 to 18%, paste on the left on the table of the mask.
Resize element 86 to 25%, paste by the cup on the table.
Resize element 2 to 30%, paste at the lower right by the leg of the tube.
Resize element 19 to 50%, paste at the lower right below the bottle, duplicate,
mirror.
Resize element 11 to 25%, paste by the bottle on the right.
Resize element 128 to 50%, paste on the left of the tube.
Resize element 115 and 116 to 25%, paste below the steampunk rabbit on the left,
free rotate one to the left at 20 degrees and one to the right at 20 degrees.
Resize element 17 to 20%, paste on the bottom left by the cards.
Resize element 34 to 20%, paste behind the tube to the right a little,
duplicate, mirror, move to the upper left.
Resize element 66 to 55%, paste on the left below the fence layer, duplicate,
mirror, move below the mask layer, erase the big mushroom that you can see.
Paste element 37 on the mask.
Resize element 129 to 45%, paste on the right below the cupcake.
Resize element 106 to 25%, paste at the lower right by the leg of the tube.
Resize element 48 to 30%, paste below the mushroom on the left.
Resize element 74 to 50%, paste on the right below the worm on the mushroom.
Resize element 31 to 25%, paste behind the tube on the right a little, duplicate, move
above the tube and to the left a little behind the rabbit.
Resize element 28 to 25%, paste on the right below the cupcake layer, duplicate,
mirror, move up on the gear circle.
Resize element 75 to 20%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste at the lower
right in front of the cupcake.
Resize element 102 to 50%, paste behind the bird at the bottom.
Paste element 40 on the mask layer.
Paste element 120 on the left under the green circle of the steampunk
element on the mask.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Paste paper 8, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 44 at the bottom.
Resize your tube to 25%, paste on the grass.
Resize element 5 to 50%, mirror, paste below the fence on the right.

Resize element 17 to 20%, paste on the bottom left by the cards.
Resize element 34 to 20%, paste behind the tube to the right a little,
duplicate, mirror, move to the upper left.
Resize element 66 to 55%, paste on the left below the fence layer, duplicate,
mirror, move below the mask layer, erase the big mushroom that you can see.
Paste element 37 on the mask.
Resize element 129 to 45%, paste on the right below the cupcake.
Resize element 106 to 25%, paste at the lower right by the leg of the tube.
Resize element 48 to 30%, paste below the mushroom on the left.
Resize element 74 to 50%, paste on the right below the worm on the mushroom.
Resize element 31 to 25%, paste behind the tube on the right a little, duplicate, move
above the tube and to the left a little behind the rabbit.
Resize element 28 to 25%, paste on the right below the cupcake layer, duplicate,
mirror, move up on the gear circle.
Resize element 75 to 20%, free rotate to the right at 90 degrees, paste at the lower
right in front of the cupcake.
Resize element 102 to 50%, paste behind the bird at the bottom.
Paste element 40 on the mask layer.
Paste element 120 on the left under the green circle of the steampunk
element on the mask.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Once happy with your tag, close off any background you might have used.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges, merge visible.
Resize first, sharpen, add your copyright and name.
